Financial Relief Increased Financial Relief - High Past Due Balances
The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) has increased benefits available to water customers with large past due balances (high water arrearages). Learn more about LIHWAP here. If you have questions, click the LIHWAP link to learn more. Apply for relief even if you have questions about your eligibility. You must apply for relief through LIHWAP using the link above. Great Oaks Water Company is not permitted to sign you up for these benefits, but we encourage you to apply.
